We wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for your incredible work in making our wedding day an absolute dream come true. From the moment we first communicated with you, we knew we were in good hands, but you exceeded all of our expectations in every possible way.
Salisa was our main contact throughout the whole process. It would not matter what day of the week, or time of the day I would message to ask a question that would have pooped into my mind that moment, I would always get the most prompt reply. Any question or request would not be too much for them to fulfill. As someone who does not enjoy decision making, and also quite a procrastinator - the wedding at the Katathani made it so easy to make these decisions by offering up options to chose from, having a linked celebrant/band/DJ/catering/hair+make up, meaning we didn't have to go around making contact with all these different parties. Salisa was our point of contact for it all.
The venue was set up absolutely beautifully with the freshest of flowers and the white draping and chandelier really complimented the theme. And I felt gorgeous in myself too, having your very diligent hair and make up ladies making sure all the bridal party were happy with our final look. The photographers/videographer did not miss a thing, and now to have some many beautiful photos and video's (a highlight video- 4 mins, a ceremony video 30mins, and a reception video with all speeches and more 60mins!) which just makes us feel like living it all over again and been so happy to share these with our friends and family. Also the food, we had the buffet option and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.
I would 100% recommend to anyone considering this venue for their wedding it will not disappoint. We were one of 3 wedding taking place that week and they know how it all works like clockwork - I am sure there is not request that they have not heard before or nothing that would be too far fetched for them to achieve. Equally, the wedding was so indivualized to us. The whole experience has been a true pleasure, our guests absolutely loved it and already some have booked to return at Christmas!
